How To Live Your Life So You Drastically Reduce Your Chances Of EVER Getting Cancer
Preventing cancer is completely in YOUR power…
The absolute BEST way to increase your odds that you never hear the words, “You Have Cancer” is for you to“live clean” every day.
Of course that means if you smoke you need to quit, but it also means that when the bad stuff from your food and the environment comes in … you know how to help your body get rid of it.
You just need to learn how to be a savvy consumer to remove cancer-causing foods and products from your life.
At the same time, you need to add cancer-fighting foods and detoxing activities into your everyday life.
All of the foods and activities below help lower your body’s toxic load and keep your immune system running strong so cancer doesn’t get an opportunity to start.
Try to do as many of these 5 healthy, cancer-preventing habits every day…
#1. Eat Nutrient-Dense, Non-Toxic, Cancer-Fighting Foods
This is the most important thing you can do to avoid getting cancer because you truly are what you eat. It’s critical you choose wisely because literally everything you eat either helps or hurts your chances of avoiding cancer.
The golden rules when it comes to food is to eat nutrient-dense foods that do not add to the toxic load of your body, and eat as many foods that directly ward off cancer from even forming.
There’s an easy formula to help you know which foods are considered nutrient dense:
Health = Nutrients/Calories
To obtain the robust health you need to avoid getting cancer, consume a significant portion of your daily caloric intake from high nutrient-dense foods. In other words, eat the foods that give you the biggest nutrient bang per bite.
For example, many of the so-called “superfoods” are nutrient-dense because they pack a TON of nutrition per calorie. These are foods like vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds.
On the flip side, most fast-food and packaged foods that are highly processed are called “junk foods” because they literally offer almost no nutritional value.
Let’s compare the two food choices you have on a scale of 1 to 10 in nutritional value versus calories and the unhealthy toxic load they add to your body.
Take a McDonald’s hamburger for example: it has 240 calories and about a 2 in value on a scale of 1 to 10. Plus, it has many additives, preservatives and other non-natural substances that add to your toxic load.
Now let’s look at broccoli which has about 70 calories per serving and is a 10 in nutritional value withnegative (below zero) toxic load to your body because this food has properties in it that actually fight cancer.
Food
Examples of these kinds of foods are:
- Eat cruciferous vegetables like kale, collards, and broccoli
- Eat lots of different berries, especially blueberries, blackberries, and strawberries. And if you can get your hands on them, eat bilberries, acai berries, and goji berries for their extremely high anti-oxidant effects.
- Eat the rainbow, meaning all different colors of fruits and vegetables, but mostly vegetables since they pack they MOST nutrients and anti-oxidant/anti-cancer power in eat bite.
- Broccoli – and there’s an easy way to incorporate them into your diet that literally takes 2-3 mins to make.
#2. Sweat
Sweating is a form of detoxification. You increase your odds of preventing cancer simply by sweating out toxins on a regular basis through your largest organ – your skin
Try to sweat every day if your schedule allows. If not, sweat as often as you can.
How?
- Exercise and sweat
- Get into a sauna or steam room and sweat
- Take a hot bath and sweat (after a hot bath, your body sweats to cool itself down)
- Sweat as you move in everyday activities like hiking, dancing, and doing manual labor to get your muscles contracting with the added benefit of activating lymphatic drainage
At same time do not block sweat glands.
You should not block your pores with antiperspirant or pore-clogging lotions because they keep you from sweating. That’s not what you want. You want the lymph nodes underneath the arms (which are prime areas for breast cancer development) to be releasing toxins as they come in every day. In this way, the combination of sweating and not wearing antiperspirant significantly lowers your risk of breast cancer.
So what if you STINK? When you want to have something under the arm that controls odor, the rule is to use something natural. There are lots of natural deodorants that don’t contain sweat-blocking or toxic ingredients (see below to find them). You can also get some grain alcohol (which is literally a food) and put it in a spray bottle to use for odor control. Just spray some onto a paper towel and wipe your armpits. It will kill the bacteria instantly and help to keep your underarms clean and smelling fresh.
#3. Only Use Non-Toxic Products
Millions of products on the market today are made with harmful chemicals and additives that add to your overall toxic load and cause cancer.
Just think of all the products you use on your skin and hair and in your mouth! PLUS all products you use for cleaning all over your house, including your laundry. And then add all the product you use OUTSIDE your house and wherever else you go.
